– Rapid weight loss – Lose Up to 12lbs during 6 days of action packed adventure and fitness activities aimed to be equally as effective as they are exciting. From canoeing to axe throwing, traditional rounders to orienteering and much more, your feet will barely touch the ground as your week flows from one challenge to the next. – Peaceful Sanctuary – Escape in peaceful tranquillity for 7 nights of glamorous camping (Glamping) in 5m bell tents with real beds, goose down duvets, lockable storage, heating and electrics. You even have the internet, but only to make your friends jealous with pictures of your experience and great results.
– Delicious Low GI Food – We cannot do much regarding your nutritional health in a week, but we can eradicate that uncomfortable bread bloat, expel an excess of water and stored sugar with a tasty low GI meal plan consisting of 3 balanced, tasty and nutritious meals and 2 hunger-busting snacks each day. We aim to control your blood sugar and energy levels to ensure you have the right amount of energy and macronutrients to enjoy your training and activities but also limited enough to achieve radical weight loss.
– Oh… and don’t think you have to go without running water and lockable toilets. During our Wilderness Weeks survey, we identified hot running water, lockable and clean toilets as the priority and we have delivered. You benefit from separate male / female ablutions that are cleaned, restocked and checked each day and a constant supply of hot running water.

The UK Wilderness camps run throughout the summer and we have a maximum of 20 places each week and are priced at a one-off laugh price of £549 all inclusive.
